Key Features of Automatic Duplex Soap Stamping Machine
- Bandless tablets or pillow type cannot be stamped on this machine.
- Chilling Plant & Air-compressor not required for this machine
- All the shafts are made of Alloy steel and mounted on Phosphorus Bronze [PB] bushes.
- Main drive gears are hardened and ground with lubrication facility.
- The machine will be fitted with mechanical clutch & DOL Siemens starter. The safety guards will be fitted with safety switches.
- A centralized lubricating system with oil pump will be fitted with copper tubes to all the slides and bushes.
- All the parts that come in contact with the soap will be made Stainless Steel [AISI 304]
