These ATCs are available in different models for carrousel type and arm type .The typical toll - to-tool change time for carrousel type is 4 sec and for arm type is 2 see. The tool changer supports # 40 and # 50 taper tool holders. The typical tool weight for # 40 taper for carrousel type is 6 kg and for arm type is 8 kg. Maximum tool weight for # 50 taper is 20 kg. Tool disc rotation is driven by 1:1 ratio gear set. The transmission is effectively reached without any loss of motion. Transmission gear set consists of two sets of spur gears.
