Asbestos Phenolic Laminates are manufactured using heavy weave Asbestos cloth impregnated using phenolic resin with or without graphite. The material is used for wide varieties of bearing application & general mechanical components in high temperature situation. It is not recommended for primary insulation for electrical application at any voltage.
