Aragum 601: Gum Acacia / Arabic are technical grade of chemicals used in the printing and adhesive industry. This is a spray dried gum Arabic seyal and is very dark in colour. It does not find much usage in the food industry. One of its most advantageous uses can be as a carrier in Asofoetida which will give the end product a long shelf life and good encapsulation which will prevent flavour loss in Asafoetida.
