The collision of two crane operating on a single rail can be easily avoided by the anti crane collision sensor. The units are positioned on two cranes and the reflector is placed on opposite crane. The relay output is available during the distance between the two cranes reduces beyond set limit. Laser alignment tool of the device enables easy alignment and installation. A sharp visible laser point makes it easier to fix the position of reflector on other crane. The unit also has IR emitter and receiver along with processing circuit. There is reflection of IR beam on the reflector suggests that the other crane is within the set distance. After that the receiver receives the IR beam and operate relay. The models ACC 03 and ACC 10 respectively for 3 m range and 10 m range are available.
