Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, offers Amul Masti Dahi. This dahi or curd is made from Pasteurized Toned Milk. Its approximate composition is; Fat 3.5% and SNF 8.5%. It is the only packed curd available in market, made in the hygienic way in modern processing plant. This is made with special culture to give a smooth, mild acidic taste and pleasant flavour consistently.
