Subtronics manufactures Ammonia leak Detectors [NH3] for continuous monitoring in ambient air which has a ISO 9000 approved Gas sensor and are housed in weatherproof CMRI-certified gas detector head for gas groups IIA and IIB. These Ammonia leak detector are available with 1 PPM resolution, 90% response time less than 30 seconds with repeatability 1% of signal. The sensor comes with a special filter sintered disc made of SS 316 to withstand high pollution in the plants. These Ammonia leak Gas-detector comes coupled with ISO 9001 approved microprocessor based controller unit, large bright 4 digit LED display for process variable with three status indicators with three separate relays and potential free NO and NC contacts. A separate 4 digit display for set point and simple four membrane key operation with provision for zero and span setting is also provided along with. These Ammonia leak detector are supplied with the full equipments which are housed in DIN size controller unit with 18.7 x 16 x 9 cm cut out. The operation of the equipment is menu driven with user understandable prompts. These detectors are available with a facility for 4-20 mA output for recorder with built-in alarm siren for pre-set levels linearised for 0.1% accuracy through out range. The unit also has an optional provision for non-isolated linearised transmission signal which is useful for recorder or secondary display. External alarm-siren facility is also incorporated.
