Alloy Steel Roller Cage has the freedom of rotation about its own axis as well as flexibility in locating diameter, so that wear of rollers and breakage of roller cage is minimum. The Roller Cage is made using alloy steel having hardness 60 to 62 HRC for longer life. The Roller Cage is designed in such a way that the roller is located in each tooth gap so that clamping becomes easier and also ensures perfect location on PCD of Gear thus reducing the runout between bore and PCD of gears.
