Aishu Castings presents alloy steel castings. The company caters to the requirements of steel and alloy steel castings to core sector industries, like power, cement, engineering/equipment manufacturing, earth moving, etc. Facilities include: medium frequency induction melting furnaces 3000, 100 and 500 kg; pattern shop for making wooden, resin and metallic patterns; machine moulding, hand moulding with carbon dioxide, no-bake process; spacious fatling shop with shot blasting facilities; LPG based 3 m x 1.2 m size HT furnace; 600 kV generator and air compressor; EOT crane handle up to 10 tons; sand reclamation plant; supply of castings in machined condition and under third party inspection where required.
