The Air Knife Drying System is a non-contact method, in which Air Knives deliver a continuous sheet of precisely controlled High Velocity Air delivered by a High RPM Centrifugal Blower for stripping away moisture, surface liquid, dust and debris from virtually any surface with low pressure and high velocity air. The maximum velocity of the air coming out is @ 38,000 ft/min and the maximum pressure of the air are @ 250 Milli Bars. The Air Knife Drying System is mainly used for drying of the bottles before labeling, Drying of the Bottles or Cans before Inkjet Coding, moisture removal which is affecting the further processes, cleaning, drying, cooling applications.
