Product Profile of Air Insulated Switch Disconnectors
ABB`s Airswitch switch-disconnectors are suitable for use in metal-enclosed switchboards [rotary version]. They are used in secondary distribution substations for supplying lines, transformers and ring networks. They can be combined with DIN Standards fuses for transformer protection. Various models are as follows:
1 The compact switch-disconnector reliably switches all loads occurring in practice.
2 Switch disconnector type NAL and switch fuse combination type NALF for 12, 17.5 and 24 kV and 400, 630 and 1250 A, used in switch cubicles and CSS, modular systems.
3 The switch disconnector system NAL/NALF is based on a modular principle. The basic unit consists of a frame with insulators and current carrying parts.
