Alufix Fixturing System offers Accessories for Tactile Measuring. Alufix Fixturing System is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certified company. Accessories for Tactile Measuring are available as `Fixinspect Classic`. The hemispheres made in high-tensile aluminium are equipped with either exchangeable locating pins or spring loaded centres and anodized red for easy recognition. The locating pins are available for different hole diameters from 2-15,9mm in steps of 0,1mm and are screwed into the underside of the hemisphere and then positioned in the center of the hole. The Accessories for Tactile Measuring are used with integrated sleeves to measure welding pins. The accessories lie absolutely flat on sheet metal and are held securely by 3 magnets. The CMM probe touches the aluminium hemispheres and the data collected allows accurate calculation of hole and/or pin positions. They are available in different versions, so that besides holes and pins also square holes and internal threads can be measured.
