Hicool Electronic Industries manufactures a range of electronically controlled AC and DC fan motors which are used mostly as instrument/appliance cooling fans. The frame of this motors are constructed of die cast aluminium, powder coated black, injection moulded and UL94V O rating non flammable thermoplastic. These AC & DC fan motors are available in a reliable brushless DC type shaded pole construction with injection moulded impeller of thermoplastic material. These AC & DC fan motors are available with salient features like precision life lubricated ball bearing system; precision oil impregnated sintered sleeve bearing system; 10 megohms minimum at 500 V DC insulation resistance; between terminal and housing 1500 V AC/1 minute for AC fans and 500 V AC/1 minute for DC fans dielectric strength; impedance protection [for AC fans] designed in that wiring will not burn out even if the rotating parts are restricted; 72 hrs locked rotor protection at rated voltage; polarity protection [for DC fans] reverse connection at rated voltage will not cause any damage; E Class insulation and operating temperature/storage temperature 10?C to +70?C for sleeve bearing; 20?C to +80?C for ball bearing. The AC & DC motors can operate in 50 Hz-115 V AC voltage range from 85 V to 125 V; 230 V AC voltage range from 190 V to 245 V; DC - 12 V, 24 V and 48 V ?10%.
