Mec Shot Blasting Equipment manufactures and supplies air operated abrasive blast cleaning machines to almost all leading user industries. Teflon coated non stick cookware are made of aluminium and need surface cleaning prior to Teflon coating for taking away oxide layer as well as to provide surface roughness to help proper adhesion of Teflon coating. Usually aluminium oxide of 40 meshes is used as bras media to obtain the desired surface roughness range of 4-7 Ra value. Therefore, to carry out the blast cleaning process properly, abrasive blast cleaning machines are required. These machines are equipped with rotating satellites and rotary turntable with multi blast guns oriented at different blasting stations. There are also air wash guns, which are fitted to air wash the blasted utensils to eliminate remaining dust. The satellites, located on the rotary table, rotate while inside the cabinet and the blast guns also respond or oscillate and are set in accordance to the size of the cookware. The machine offers automatic recycling and the dust produced during blasting process is collected in the dust collector, consequently keeping the environment unpolluted and friendly.
