Bharat Electronic provides 8/34 Mbps Digital Multiplex Equipments, MUX [FM-34] combines upto four 8448 kbps plesiochronous tributaries inputs into a single 34368 kbps output. There are five terminals of FM-34 can be housed in a single slim rack. The multiplexing is carried out using a process of positive justification and cyclic bit interleaving. Using a bit disinter leaving process, the demultiplexer separates the 34368 kbps input into four signals, A dejustification process convert these to 8448 kbps signals. 8/34 Mbps Digital Multiplex Equipments finds its application in BSNL, Private Telecom Operator, Defense.
